Going dotty

"It's been immensely gratifying to watch millions of people across the globe engage with our games," said Dots co-founder and CEO Paul Murphy.

"This investment from an incredible set of partners will help Dots become one of the leading mobile-first games studios."

The NYC-based studio - which PocketGamer.biz recently profiled - has received over 45 million downloads of its game and will be investing the money in accelerated the Dots franchise in 2015.
