From London to Barcelona

Blizzard and King confirmed to speak at Game QA & Localisation Forum 2015

The third annual Game QA and Localisation Forum is heading to Barcelona from 29 June - 1 July, and registration is now open.

The event claims to be Europe’s only professional gathering for games industry QA and localisation managers.

It’s designed to furnish attendees with insights from studios and publishers, which will this year include speakers from Blizzard, SEGA, King, and Bigpoint.

Changing perspectives

Last year’s forum in London saw 180 people gathered to discuss automation, but 2015 will focus on the role QA and localisation plays within game development and how it is no longer a “necessary evil.”

“Of course,” say event organisers, “attendees will also discuss the ever-important matters of planning, budgeting, team culture and people management, best practices and further thoughts on automation, continuing the mission to help raise the bar for the quality of QA and localisation throughout the games industry.”

Early bird discount tickets are available here until 31 March 2015.
