While Google is stealing a march on Occulus and Sony in the VR stakes, the market in thirdparty headmounts continues apace.
New entrant MergeVR has announced its play in the market in the shape of its $129 mount and controller combo.
Due for release for iOS and Android devices this fall, the goggles are made from a proprietary foam, while the 9-axis motion wireless controller is offers nine inputs; 8 buttons plus a thumbstick.

In order to ensure there's plenty of games for the device, MergeVR has also announced its Launch Partners Program.
