TV advertising for mobile games has been one of the big UA trends during 2015.
And with Machine Zone pulling out all the stops for its new launch Mobile Strike - something we considered in The Charticle - the company is also piling into TV.
It ran its first campaign for the game over the weekend during an NFL broadcast.
Big bucks
As with its successful Kate Upton-fronted campaign for Game of War (since incongruous replaced by Mariah Carey), Mobile Strike has a big face.
It's Arnold Schwarzenegger, although interestingly, he's yet to appear in the game. Presumably that's something that will be added in future updates.
As for the ad itself, it's a high quality production, with Arnie encouraging players to "use everything you have to protect your alliance" - Alliances being a key part of the game's retention and monetisation strategy.
