More front than Kate Upton?

Machine Zone rolls out the big guns with Schwarzenegger-faced TV campaign for Mobile Strike

TV advertising for mobile games has been one of the big UA trends during 2015.

And with Machine Zone pulling out all the stops for its new launch Mobile Strike - something we considered in The Charticle - the company is also piling into TV.

It ran its first campaign for the game over the weekend during an NFL broadcast.

Big bucks

As with its successful Kate Upton-fronted campaign for Game of War (since incongruous replaced by Mariah Carey), Mobile Strike has a big face.

It's Arnold Schwarzenegger, although interestingly, he's yet to appear in the game. Presumably that's something that will be added in future updates.

As for the ad itself, it's a high quality production, with Arnie encouraging players to "use everything you have to protect your alliance" - Alliances being a key part of the game's retention and monetisation strategy.

You can see the full length version of ad below, and our first experience with the game below that.
