PGC London 2016 now offers 20 developers and 20 publishers 2 hours of SpeedMatching

Steel Media is dedicated to helping connect and support the mobile games industry and nowhere is this more true than Pocket Gamer Connects.

The conference series' next event in London on 18-19th January will represent the biggest coming together of mobile games industry professionals in the western world yet, with an estimated 1,500 developers, publishers, investors, media, and more in attendance.

Alongside the 7 tracks of content, we already have four dedicated ways to enable networking and stimulate business connections:

  • The Very Big Indie Pitch Mobile (connecting indie developers with media and more)
  • The Very Big Indie Pitch VR (a new variation of the BIP designed specifically for VR)
  • Pitch & Match business matching system (make your own meetings with our user friendly system)
  • Dedicated evening networking events (VIP reception, after-show party, and more)

Now we're adding another one, specifically aimed at developers looking for publishers (either regional or international) and publishers looking for devs and/or new titles.

Introducing: 20/20 SpeedMatch

The 20/20 SpeedMatch session will enable 20 shortlisted developers and publishers to make initial contact during a dedicated two-hour stint of speed-date style meetings.

These short meets aren't obviously designed for closing a deal, but enable an initial contact that can be followed up with a longer meeting during or after the conference. (Of course, everyone is still free to make as many meetings as they'd like using the standard Pitch & Match system – free to all PGC delegates.)

The SpeedMatch session is open to all attendees of PG Connects London. There's no additional charge but there is a filtering process.

If you're interested in taking part simply fill out the application form here.

If you're not a PGC London delegate yet, don't fret.

Mid-term tickets for PG Connects are still available - to compensate for a technical hiccup earlier in the week, these have been extended until Friday 11th December (but note they are strictly limited).
