Newzoo and Priori Data announce commercial and strategic partnership

Amsterdam-based market intelligence outfit Newzoo has entered into a "strategic and commercial partnership" with Berlin-based app store intelligence firm Priori Data.

The partnership sees Newzoo supporting Priori Data's global sales and marketing efforts, as well as offering Priori Data users custom analysis support, leaving Priori Data to focus on product and technology development.

The deal follows on from Newzoo's recent hook up with analytics and monetisation outfit deltaDNA.

“We are delighted to start working closely together with Newzoo as we think it will significantly accelerate our growth in number of subscribers and data partners," said Patrick Kane, CEO of Priori Data.

Better together

"We are also very happy that we now have the support of a hugely experienced analytics team lined up so that we are able to assist clients even better with their most challenging custom data and analysis requests.”

In turn, Newzoo will incorporate Priori Data's intelligence into its own new platform, Newzoo Mobile, which combines Newzoo's market intelligence with a variety of other mobile intelligence platforms.

“We have been collaborating with the Priori Data team for over a year now and strongly believe in Priori Data’s leadership team, tech capabilities and business acumen," said Peter Warman, CEO of Newzoo.

"I have no doubt they will succeed in their ambitions and think that all industries with an interest in apps, and certainly the games industry, will benefit from their success.”
