Helsinki-based developer Seriously is entering new territory with its Best Fiends IP, with the sequel, Best Fiends: Forever, which is now in soft launch.
The game takes the form of an RPG/clicker, with players building a team of monsters to fight against the slugs, and helping out by tapping the screen to do damage directly.
Players will also have to repeatedly rewind time and lose all their progress, which is most likely where the Forever of the title comes from.
Best revenues forever
The game is currently soft-launched in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Norway, New Zealand, and Sweden, with no word currently on when it will see a worldwide release.
Doubling down on the Best Fiends IP makes a lot of sense for Seriously, which has generated $25 million from the original Best Fiends game alone, first released in October 2014.
