Nordeus, the developer behind social football game Top Eleven, has renewed its sponsorship of the UK non-league football team Biggleswade United FC.
The sponsorship sees a great big Top Eleven logo displayed on the front of the team's shirts during the 2016/17 season for a second consecutive year, having initially announcing its sponsorship back in August 2015.
“To us football has always been about more than money. From the highest level down, giving back to the community is the best way to build a successful, sustainable club — from the grassroots up," said Branko Milutinović, CEO of Nordeus.
"In Biggleswade United, we have found the perfect partner — a club who shares our passion for football, for community and for innovation. We can’t wait to see the new heights the team will reach over the next year.”
For the people
The club is known for its work in local community and charity-led initiatives, such as Football Beyond Borders and England Homeless FA.
"Here at Biggleswade United we are as thrilled as we are flattered and humbled with the announcement of the continuation of the partnership between ourselves and Nordeus," added Guillem Balague, Director of Football at Biggleswade United.
"This is truly a great day for the club. We now look forward to going from strength to strength together, not just on the pitch but also hand in hand with the Biggleswade community that we are so proud to represent."
