Supercell CEO and co-founder Ilkka Paananen will be delivering this year's BAFTA Games Lecture at BAFTA's headquarters on Monday 5 September.
His lecture will focus on the company culture at Supercell, and how it helped the company "achieve excellence" through the use of small, independent teams within the developer.
"Ilkka Paananen has been instrumental in establishing the ever-more important role of mobile within the games landscape as a whole," said Harvey Elliott, former Chair of the BAFTA Games Committee.
"His belief in the importance of company culture in nurturing creative excellence, and his passion for creating simple, fun, memorable games are central to his work, and we look forward to him sharing these insights at the BAFTA Games Lecture."
Tickets for the event go on sale Friday 22 July, and can be found on BAFTA's website.
