Supercell CEO and co-founder Ilkka Paananen will be delivering this year's BAFTA Games Lecture at BAFTA's headquarters on Monday 5 September.
His lecture will focus on the company culture at Supercell, and how it helped the company "achieve excellence" through the use of small, independent teams within the developer.

"Ilkka Paananen has been instrumental in establishing the ever-more important role of mobile within the games landscape as a whole," said Harvey Elliott, former Chair of the BAFTA Games Committee.
