Cloud marketing firm Optimove has revealed its industry-first CRM optimisation bot Optibot to automate its analysis of marketing campaigns.
Optibot uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to analyse and interpret data from marketing campaigns on the Optimove platform.
It then makes recommendations to the marketer regarding what actions they could take to improve the performance of their campaign based on its analysis.
For example, it will recommend dropping a campaign action when it is losing to another, or highlight groups and segments that aren't being best treated in the marketing plan.
Faster and easier
"We built Optibot to help marketers maximize the impact of their efforts faster and more easily," said Optimove founder and CEO, Pini Yakuel.
"Optibot takes the guesswork out of analytics, targeting and personalization, automatically applying data-driven campaign optimization techniques, leaving marketers with more time to focus on the creative side of their craft."
Most recently, Optimove closed a $20 million funding round to grow its R&D department, as well has hire aggressively for its newly-opened New York office.
