Version management tools provider Perforce has further expanded its software line-up by acquiring application lifecycle management firm Seapine Software.
Seapine’s ALM tool helps developers manage the development process more efficiently to help boost development cycles.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Used in various industries from life sciences, automotive industries to financial services, the is also used by a number of big games publishers.
Seapine’s clients include SCEE, 2K Games, Epic Games, Motiga and NCSoft.
