HMD Global expected to reveal four new Nokia handsets at Mobile World Congress

HMD Global is expected to reveal its first line of Nokia-branded phones at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on February 26th.

The manufacturer is said to be unveiling three smartphones and one feature phone. Prices are expected to range from $62 for the feature phone to $263 for higher-quality devices.

Specs and Snake

The smartphones expected to be shown off will be the Nokia 3, 5, and 6. The 6 is rumoured to feature a full HD 5.5 inch screen, 4GB of RAM, and a 16MP camera, while the others will reduce these specs to meet lower price thresholds.

The feature phone is suggested to be a resurrection of the classic Nokia 3310. Presumably the phone will be produced and released as it was back when it first launched, though there is no word on whether Snake will be included on the device.

HMD Global acquired the rights to the Nokia name back in May 2016. The deal closed in December 2016, at which time the company announced it was aiming to launch its devices in the first half of 2017.
