Fun, outgoing PG Connects London 2018 is looking for expert, insightful speakers

January 22nd to 23rd event poised to again set a new standard for mobile gaming industry's leading conference series

Fun, outgoing PG Connects London 2018 is looking for expert, insightful speakers

We're not ignoring our dressed-to-mightily-impress PG Connects Helsinki, but fine as that outing looks it doesn't stop the insatiable PGC juggernaut from focusing on its next potential bring-home-to-meet-the-parents date.

And, if we can lose the metaphor and go literal, that would be January 22nd to 23rd. Because that's when PGC London 2018 is taking place.

As has become tradition, London will set the tone for the rest of the year by aiming to deliver the biggest and best PG Connects yet. Over two days we aim to welcome over 1,800 delegates from every corner of the mobile gaming globe and deliver a ten-track programme consisting of 45+ hours of content split across three auditoriums and 120+ speakers.

And that's where you might come in. We're looking for the finest minds to share their expertise and insight on a number of specific topics, around which the PGC London agenda is specifically built. These are:

  • Influencers
  • eSports
  • Live Ops
  • Game mechanics & design
  • Social platform gaming
  • 'Big data'
  • UX
  • Monetisation
  • UA
  • Global markets (data focus)

That's not to say we're not considering topics outside of these, of course, but those are the current areas of focus. So if you're willing to contribute on any of the above, speaker submissions are open.

If that's not your bag, then come sit in the audience and absorb the knowledge. You can benefit from the Super Early Bird rates while they're still live – the price will only go up from here.

With three boys under the age of 12, former Edge editor Joao has given up his dream of making it to F1 and instead spends his weekends transforming his living room floor into a venue for hosting increasingly complex Scalextric tracks. When in work mode, he looks after the production (aka the behind-the-scenes magic) of Steel Media's series of conferences.
