Weekly UK App Store charts: Playrix's Homescapes jumps into the top 10 grossing rankings

Each week app market intelligence firm Reflection, in partnership with Ukie, publish the top grossing and most downloaded games from the UK App Store.

So we’re sharing that data each week to give you an insight into how the UK mobile games market is evolving.

Playrix moving up

The top grossing rankings don't change much on the App Store, but for the week of September 25th to October 1st Playrix's latest release Homescapes jumped into the top 10 in both the iPhone and iPad top rankings.

It sits there right alongside the studio's other title, Gardenscapes. It means that just six companies make up the top 10 grossers on iPhone. King, MZ, Supercell and Playrix both have two titles apiece.

Topping the UK iPhone download charts for the week was Voodoo's Rolly Vortex, which was joined by other new comes Puzzledom and Dot Me Out! Brain Training in the top 10.
