Weekly UK App Store charts: Animal Crossing holds on at the top while Episode shoots up the grossing ranks

So we’re sharing that data each week to give you an insight into how the UK mobile games market is evolving.

Clinging on

For the week of November 27th to December 3rd, Nintendo and DeNA's Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp held firm at the top of the iPad free charts, but dropped to second on iPhone thanks to Ketchapp's latest game Rush.

The only other new entry in the free download charts was a season-appropriate release from appChocolate, Advent Calendar 2017: 25 Gifts. It snuck into 4th place on the iPhone free charts and 8th on iPad.

Pocket Gem's Episode was the biggest mover in the grossing charts, shooting up four places into 5th on the iPhone chart, though it didn't place on iPad. Playrix's titles saw a small push on iPhone, while Playdemic's Golf Clash crashed down to 8th from 2nd.
