Weekly UK App Store charts: Big Indie Pitch winner Hidden Folks enters iPad top 10 paid game rankings

Each week app market intelligence firm Reflection, in partnership with Ukie, publish the top grossing and most downloaded gamesfrom the UK App Store.

So we’re sharing that data each week to give you an insight into how the UK mobile games market is evolving.

Not-so hidden

For the week of December 4th to December 10th, GDC 2016 Big Indie Pitch winner Hidden Folks re-entered the top paid iPad charts in third place. It comes as the title, a unique and quirky take on the hidden object genre, took Apple's iPad Game of the Year award.

Ketchapp meanwhile, retained the free iPhone game top spot with its title Rush, with Voodoo's Dune! taking second space just ahead of another Ketchapp game, Dunk Shot.

New entries into the top 10 for the week were Nordcurrent's Sniper Arena in fifth and Nintendo's Super Mario Run, which has jumped back into the top rankings at eighth.
