Co-developing with Gaea to make it more appealing for a global audience

Behaviour Interactive partners with HBO and Gaea on new Game of Thrones mobile strategy game

Behaviour Interactive has partnered with HBO to develop a new strategy mobile game based on the Game of Thrones TV series.

The developer is also partnering with China-based developer Gaea to help design the game to have global appeal. The two will work together to build worlds and characters based on the IP.

There is almost no other information available on the game thus far. Given Behaviour's previous mobile outings, its likely there will be some kind of underground base-build element in the game, but this is so far unconfirmed.

Winter is coming

"Behaviour is extremely proud to partner with HBO to create an innovative new game based on one of the most popular TV series in the world," said explained Behaviour Interactive CEO Rémi Racine,

"This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for us as game developers to work on a brand that we admire and respect as fans. Game of Thrones has captivated audiences from around the world, and we truly believe that, with HBO, we can deliver on the high expectations that the show commands."

Behaviour is currently developing a Fallout Shelter-esque game with Ubisoft based on its Assassin's Creed franchise. It has also partnered with Warner Bros on a similar title using the Westworld IP.
