Hands-On Mobile to hold developer day in London
Hands-On Mobile is holding its second developer day in London, on Thursday 3 July. Their aim? Ultimately to sign publishing deals with some top development talent.

The day is open to all existing or aspiring mobile developers, including those working on other platforms but keen to move into mobile.

"Essentially, we're looking to enhance our existing slate with some undiscovered gems that may be lurking in the vaults of developers who want to get a world-class publishing deal," says Hands-On's James Kaye.

The day will consist of presentations from Hands-On covering a mobile market overview, explaining what they're looking for in prospective titles and how they can market them, and a guide to exactly how the publisher works with developers.

Hands-On launched its developer programme towards the end of last year, and the publisher says it'll be revealing some of the initial learnings from that during the day.

On Friday 4 July, the publisher plans to hold follow-up one-on-one meetings with developers to discuss possible deals. Interested? Pop an email to lhoward@handson.com.
