Power panel: Experts discuss what publishers can offer in 2016 and beyond

As part of Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki 2016, Steel Media's own Chris James led a panel of publishing experts in a discussion on what publishers offer developers in 2016.

Joining him were:

"Preciseness is something I'm looking for," said Luotio in regards to what publishers look for from developers, saying that a developer that targets a specific genre and market is more interesting than one taking a "shotgun" approach.

Dixon suggested that developers should offer something different and unique, saying that "in this market, there's no room for a copycat game".

Pocket Gamer Connects returns to London on January 16th and 17th. You can find details about the event and book your tickets here.
