Seriously's Petri Järvilehto on what happens after you launch a hit game

As part of Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki 2016, Petri Järvilehto, Co-Founder and CCO of Seriously, gave a talk on what happens after you release a big hit.

"It's something that you should definitely enjoy," started Järvilehto, saying that you won't get to operate the game in your comfort zone in the future, so you should take the time to enjoy the feeling of success.

Hits can be built

However, he pointed out that what happens next is a lot of hard work, as you'll be struggling to keep the game active and keep the revenue coming in.

But he says that "hits can be built" through marketing and content updates, and points to Seriously's own Best Fiends as a game that continues to grow thanks to its UA campaigns.
