GSN Games appoints Arun Dutta as Country Manager for India

San Francisco-based social casino firm GSN Games has announced the appointment of Arun Dutta as Country Manager for its Indian arm.

Based out of the Bangalore studio, Dutta will be leading product development and engineering teams, and recruiting local talent.

India-led development

Development work on new social casino games for the worldwide market is currently taking place at GSN Games India, alongside continuing operations on Bingo Bash - which has proven one of the most successful Indian-developed games ever.

Dutta does not have a gaming background per se, but has spent two decades overseeing product management in senior leadership roles at the likes of Hewlett-Packard and cloud-based learning firm Cornerstone OnDemand.

“Arun brings extensive experience building and leading technology organisations, with great success in developing high-quality products and services that feature world class user experiences," said Steve Brunell, COO of GSN Games.

"GSN Games India has redefined what an India-led game studio can accomplish, and we look forward to reaching new levels of success with Arun at the helm of GSN Games India.”
