Chinese testing outfit Testbird signs IGS partnership for Korea and beyond

Chinese mobile game testing outfit Testbird is spreading its wings thanks to a partnership with Korean game management services company IGS.

At G-Star 2015, they have signed an agreement to promote each others their services across China, Japan, South Korea, and other areas of Asia.

For its part, TestBird reckons it has access to over 90% of the most popular phone models in Korea for use in compatibility testing, and plans to expand its portfolio to match device usages in Asia.

Going global

“We are very excited to be working with IGS. They have a long history of giving quality services to game developers in the mobile sector,” said TestBird VP Sunny Li.

“We believe that as mobile gaming continues to grow in Asia, the need for services that make game development more streamlined and effective will be crucial to long term growth in Asia’s game industry.”
