India's NASSCOM Game Developer Conference 2016 celebrates record 1,800 attendance

The NASSCOM Game Developer Conference 2016 enjoyed a record attendance of 1,800 delegates.

The Indian conference also brought more than 130 speakers and panellists and an expo floor featuring over 70 Indian-developed games.

“The NASSCOM Game Developer Conference grows from strength-to-strength," said Rajesh Rao, Chairman of the NASSCOM Gaming Forum.

"In 2016 with close to 100 workshops, talks and panels, the three day conference allowed local developers to educate themselves through workshops and learning best practice from the experiences of some of the most talented global games development talent."  

The NASSCOM Game Developer Conference 2017 is set to return to the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, one of the country's biggest convention facilities.
