hóPLAY V International Festival of Independent Games hóPLAY, the pioneering video games festival in Bilbao, is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year.

We are looking forward to all the people who have taken part in hóPLAY in one way or another and have helped consolidate the Competition making it stronger and stronger, coming again this year.

From 27 November to 2 December, AlhóndigaBilbao will be holding the fifth International Independent Video Game Festival hóPLAY, a not-to-miss event for independent sector professionals, fans worldwide and local companies who can use it to promote and publicise their work.

hóPLAY 2014 will be a meeting point for knowledge exchange between local and international companies, and also a space where the public can try out the most creative games and check out job opportunities in one of the few economic sectors that is growing both in terms of turnover and employment.

Conferences, workshops, exhibitions and a gala where awards will be given to the year’s best creations combine to make AlhóndigaBilbao the hub of the independent video game business.
