Game Insight has announced Oleg Pridiuk will take the helm in implementing the company's expansion into hardcore 3D games development.

The former technical evangelist at Unity Technologies, Pridiuk will now focus on strengthening Game Insight's technical business development strategy and industry relations.

The announcement is part of the plan to facilitate Game Insight's move into creating feature-rich, 3D games. Aiming to crack the global market, in August the company revealed its plans to centralises around Unity for its new game line-up, and so deliver its titles across multiple platforms.

"Modern players demand a higher quality of games that can be more efficiently created by collaborating with leaders in the game industry, such as platforms and hardware manufacturers focused on R&D in 3D technologies," said Pridiuk.

"My role at Game Insight, working closely with top platforms as well as with select device vendors, will contribute to the ultimate goal of being ahead of the global market in terms of visual appeal and player experience of the product line."
