Chimera and Fishlabs announce they're working together on an unannounced midcore mobile game

As news goes, the announcement that Fishlabs and Chimera Entertainment is about as vanilla as it gets.

All the two German developers will add is that Chimera will be developing, while Fishlabs - which is now owned by Koch Media and run through its Deep Silver brand - will be in charge of production, marketing, launch and live operations.

As for the game, all we know is that it promises to be a "high-end", "mid-to-hardcore" mobile game.

Loose lips sink ships

In terms of picking over the scraps, Munich-based Chimera recently completed Angry Birds Epic for Rovio, while Hamburg-based Fishlabs is best know for its Galaxy on Fire games.

The games will be released in 2016, and more details will be revealed shortly.
