Fireproof, Icejam, Paladin, Lucky Kat, Stugan, Mi-Clos, Wooga and more confirmed for Indie Adventures track at PGC London 2017

And so it begins. No, not the countdown to Christmas.

Tsk, the Pocket Gamer Connects London 2017 (January 16th-17th) content unveiling, of course.

As has become something of a tradition, we kick things off with our Indie track.

Indie stories

Titled Indie Adventures this time around and, as ever, curated and compered by the incomparable Oscar Clark, this full-day track focuses – would you believe it – on all things indie, exploring the necessary vision, the strategy and tactics necessary for success, as well as the future facing today's independent developers.

Expect seven hours of insightful expertise courtesy of a speaker line-up that currently includes:

  • Alex Moyet, Amcade
  • Mike Hawkyard, Amuzo
  • Gabriel Stürmer, Cupcake Entertainment
  • Josh Nilson, East Side Games
  • Patty Toledo, FanART
  • Barry Meade, Fireproof Studios
  • James Hursthouse, Greenstone
  • Stuart Duncan, Icejam Games
  • Elin Jonsson, Imaginary
  • Simon Usiskin, iQU
  • Sean Megaw, Kemojo Studios
  • Herdjie Zhou, Lucky Kat Studios
  • Michael Peiffert, Mi-Clos
  • Kay Gruenwoldt, Paladin Studios
  • Ulas Bilgenoglu, RadMule Labs
  • Alex Fleetwood, Sensible Object
  • Jana Palm, Stugan
  • Martine Spaans, Tamalaki
  • Primoz Strajnar, Tricky Tribe
  • Tobias Sjogren, White Wolf
  • Glenna Buford, Wooga
  • And a handful more to be added between now and the event

Not too shabby, eh? You can get a breakdown of the schedule here – we'll be unveiling the other tracks soon.

In the meantime, you can get a sense of what's in store from our recently updated PGC London speakers page.

Anyone wishing to come along and absorb all of this knowledge goodness is in for an unexpected treat: due to some tecnical shenanigans which meant some delegates weren't able to secure their tickets before the Mid Term rate ran out yesterday we're extending that price tier for another week.

So you've got a second chance at securing a Mid Term ticket (meaning you can save up to $190 off the full price ticket equivalent). Good times.
