Fingersoft's Hill Climb Racing 2 speeds past 40 million downloads in first two months

Oulu-based developer Fingersoft has achieved almost 43 million downloads for its game Hill Climb Racing 2 in just two months of release.

The game was initially launched in November 2016 and has since managed to reach the top of the download charts in 64 different countries.

Hill Climb Racing 2 has also amassed an impressive one million reviews across the App Store and Google Play. It holds a 4.6 rating on Google Play and 4.7 on the App Store.

Up in the clouds

The Hill Climb Racing series has been an incredible success for Fingersoft. The original Hill Climb Racing has achieved over 500 million downloads since launching in 2012.

The original title was released in China through a partnership with MyGamez in February 2015. It went on to win the Best Innovation Category at the China Mobile's Outstanding Games of the Year 2015 Awards.
