Mobile ads firm Taptica strengthens European business with new office in London

Mobile advertising platform Taptica has opened a new office in London as it continues its international expansion.

The new office will be headed up by Amit Dar, who is currently in charge of Strategic Partnerships for Europe. Dar has over five years in the mobile games industry and joined Taptica two years ago.

The London office will focus on strengthening relationships with brands in Europe and the UK. In particular, the firm is looking to leverage its relationships with two major advertising firms based in London to further its goals.

"We are delighted to open this new office in the UK, which advances our strategy of increasing our international presence," said Hagai Tal, Chief Executive Officer of Taptica.

"Also, being close to two prominent advertising agencies, with whom we already have a good relationship, positions us well to become a leading player in this key growth market where mobile advertising expenditure is increasing."

The company states that this is the fourth international presence it has established in the last 12 months. Most recently it partnered with Japan-based marketing firm Adinnovation to push further into the APAC region.
