Fourth game to come from the partnership

Marmalade Game Studio continues relationship with Hasbro by launching mobile Cluedo game

London-based mobile developer Marmalade Game Studio has extended its partnership with entertainment giant Hasbro to release a mobile version of board game Cluedo.

Cluedo (known as Clue in the US) is the fourth game to come from the partnership. Previous titles include The Game of Life, Transformers: Robots in Disguise and Littlest Pet Shop: Your World.

The new game is a faithful adaptation of the original board game owned by Hasbro.

Iconic

"Marmalade is excited to be extending its relationship with Hasbro as we deliver the CLUE/CLUEDO mobile game to a global audience," said Mike Willis, CEO of Marmalade Game Studio.

"By bringing this iconic game to mobile, we are giving a new audience a much-loved game in a new, digital format."

The studio is part of Marmalade, also responsible for the Marmalade game engine, which it left to focus on game development in September 2016. The tech was then acquired by Japan-based cloud infrastructure firm GMO Cloud in January 2017.
