Analytics firm deltaDNA has promoted its Head of Insight Isaac Roseboom to the new role of Chief Strategy Officer.
Roseboom will join the company's co-founders on a new Platform Vision Board, which will decide the future of deltaDNA. He will take responsibility for researching and defining this vision.
In his role as Head of Insight, Roseboom acted as a consultant on hundreds of games with his knowledge of data-driven game design. Before joining the company, he was an astrophysicist and worked on projects such as the Hubble telescope.
Harnessing data
"DeltaDNA has built a unique solution combining high-performance analytics with marketing engagement and ad tech that has become essential for many developers in creating successful games. However, we have many more ideas to harness data to understand players and create personalized experiences by embedding more intelligence into our platform," said deltaDNA CEO Mark Robinson.

DeltaDNA surpassed 100 million monthly active users in March 2017, doubling its users from September 2016. It now processes around 25 billion data events every month.
