Critical Force is excited for the year to come

Critical Ops clears one million DAUs and 34 million downloads

Critical Force's mobile FPS Critical Ops has reached one million DAUs around 29 months after it was first soft-launched.

The game has also accrued over 34 million downloads in this time. It cleared 30 million downloads in November 2017, meaning it added another four million downloads in around four months.

Along with downloads, the game has attracted 500,000 followers across its various social channels. Over half a million videos have been published about the game on YouTube.

A phenomenal year

"Year 2017 was phenomenal for us in many ways. Our game became one of the de facto standard mobile eSports games and our staff more than quadrupled last year," said Critical Force CEO Veli-Pekka Piirainen.

"We're very much looking forward to 2018 and we have many great milestones ahead of us such as the official release of Critical Ops."

Critical Ops is still considered a soft-launched game despite surpassing its various milestones. It was also scheduled to appear in an Amazon Masters Mobile tournament, but was pulled at the last minute due to a mass shooting in Las Vegas.
