Gamevil has announced it's released its first game for Facebook Mobile and has plans to launch a second soon.
The initiative is being led by Train City, which will be joined by Air Penguin Friends.
Train City is already available on the desktop web version of Facebook and boasts 9 million users, while Air Penguin Friends has appeared on a number of platforms including the social messaging chat app LINE.
Social gaming
Both Gamevil titles will be reworked to capitalise on Facebook's social aspects and will see heavy integration with the social network.
The news of Gamevil's modification of these two games to work on Facebook Mobile follows news that the Korean company is sitting on $150 million earmarked for global investment and acquisition capital.
While it's unclear if the launch of games for Facebook Mobile falls under this global expansion strategy, Gamevil notes that it plans to continue working with various social messaging chat apps and service platforms.
