Glu reveals Q1 lineup for North America

Smartphones brought into the fold - but where's iPhone?

Glu reveals Q1 lineup for North America
Glu has announced eight mobile games due for release in North America this quarter, and reaffirmed its new focus on smartphones alongside its J2ME and BREW business.

The titles will be delivered across those platforms, but also on Windows Mobile and BlackBerry.

However, the puzzling thing is that none of the eight have confirmed release dates for iPhone, despite the comments of SVP of global product development and CTO Alex Galvagni:

"Over the past year, our team has worked hard to incorporate the iPhone, Android and other new platforms into the framework of our existing development and deployment processes, and we have a solid lineup of games that will surprise and delight gamers with titles that are refreshingly fun and can be played anytime, anywhere."

So, the lineup is below - all games are J2ME, BREW, WinMo and BlackBerry, with additional platforms stated)
Superman/Batman: Heroes United (January)
Cooking Star (February)
Age of Empires III (February - N-Gage)
Bugs Bunny Rabbit Rescue (February)
Build-a-Lot (Android in February, other platforms in April)
Watchmen: The Mobile Game (March)
Brain Genius Deluxe (out now for Android)
Monsters vs Aliens (March)

Perhaps Glu is planning a separate announcement for its iPhone lineup. UPDATE: Glu's Chris White has popped up with a comment to confirm that Brain Genius Deluxe is coming to iPhone.

The eight titles include two original games - Brain Genius Deluxe and Cooking Star - while the rest are based on movie, console/PC and casual brands.
