Nintendo brings first piece of paid downloadable content to 3DS
The first piece of paid downloadable content for Nintendo's 3DS console is now available.

Owners of the Japan-only photo editing app Tobidasu Print Club Kiradeco Revolution can now choose from three premium packs of 'decoration parts', to add to their photos.

Framing

Priced at ¥100 (around 80p/$1.30), each themed pack contains graphics for users to superimpose onto their pictures.

There's a Mario Kart 7 set, a Spring Trial set, and a Mario Basic set, each of which contains frames, backgrounds, and stamps.

You can see what it looks like below.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, which launches in Japan this week, is expected to be the first 3DS retail game to feature paid downloadable content.
