Facebook, Gameloft and TinyCo confirmed for Open Mobile Summit USA 2012
The Open Mobile Summit is returning to San Francisco this November, with speakers from Gameloft, Crowdstar, Zeptolab, TinyCo and others all on board.

The three-day event, which will run from 7-9 of November 2012, promises to explore the key themes of today's mobile industry, including app monetisation, HTML5, mobile advertising, cross-platform brands and the cloud.

Open for business

Confirmed speakers include Facebook's product manager for mobile Mick Johnson, Google's global mobile strategist Brendan Kraham, Tapjoy CEO Mihir Shah and Flurry CEO Simon Khalaf, to name but a few.

The conference's agenda is yet to be finalised, but on the last day of the event, attendees will have the chance meet Open Mobile Summit's "leaders of the mobile app economy" at Appcelerate.

The session will gather nine executives from companies at the forefront of mobile gaming and application development, including CEOs from Zeptolab, ngmoco, TinyCo and CrowdStar.

App Idol

Organisers are pitching the even as a whole as an opportunity to meet the "app idols" and learn the secrets to their success.

Registration for the Open Mobile Summit is now open, with a full conference pass currently priced at $1,395. That early bird offer is available until 21 September, when pass pricing inflates to $1,895.
