Fishlabs crowned best mobile games publisher for Q4 2008
Fishlabs has held onto top spot in PocketGamer.biz's quarterly Quality Index, based on reviews of mobile games across some of the most popular websites.

The German publisher gained an average score of 8.48 from six reviews of its games during Q4 2008. Second spot was taken by Gameloft, followed by EA Mobile, HeroCraft and I-play.

As a reminder, it's based on reviews on seven websites: Pocket Gamer, IGN Wireless (back in this month after recanting on its iPhone-only reviews policy), AirGamer, Mobile Game FAQs, Handy-Player, JeuxPo and MobileXP.

Publishers with five more more reviews during the quarter are eligible for the chart. The Quality Index tracks regular mobile games, but NOT iPhone, N-Gage or Android titles - we'll be tracking those in separate charts.
