Rekoo partners up with Supersolid to bring Adventure Town to Chinese market

Chinese social mobile publisher Rekoo has signed a deal with UK studio Supersolid.

This will see the pair working together to localised and culturalise Supersolid's recently release city-building RPG Adventure Town for the Chinese market.

The deal is the first for Rekoo's London studio, which was set up in 2013, and underlines the company's commitment to its European expansion.

Supersolid platform

"We are very excited about our new partnership with Supersolid and believe that we can make Adventure Town successful within the Chinese market." said Lisa Pan, Rekoo's CFO.

"The Chinese mobile arena is quite complex, but due to our strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry, we are able to offer the best possible publishing deal for studios here in Europe."

"We are confident that Rekoo shares our commitment to quality, which will be key for both language and technical localisation of Adventure Town," echoed Supersolid's co-founder Edward Chin.

"Their strong relationship with major distribution platforms in China has the potential to bring Adventure Town to a significant new audience."

Rekoo is also looking more additional opportunities within the European development sector. Interested parties can contact Lynn.Daniel [at] rekoo.com.
