Smaato and Motally link up for smarter, wider mobile analytics
Mobile ad optimisation company Smaato has hooked up with mobile analytics provider Motally to pool their resources.
The latter's cross-platform tools covering iPad, iPhone, Android, Symbian, Windows Phone and others have been integrated into the former's SOMA advertising platform. New features include dashboard views that enable you to see your mobile traffic at a glance or dig into stats and charts in terms of location, device and carrier breakdowns. Detail is also provided in terms of usage patterns such as click flows and top pages, while you can define specific events to track conversions. "We're glad to partner with Motally to add more value and insights for our mobile publisher and developer partners. By integrating Motally in the SOMA platform, we add additional free benefits to analyse usage behaviour of apps and mobile websites," said Ragnar Kruse, CEO and co-founder of Smaato. "We are excited to partner with Smaato. Together with our analytics tool and Smaato's SOMA platform, we enable mobile publishers to better analyse and monetise their mobile inventory," said John Forese, Motally's CEO.
