This year's Google I/O conference will see Android developers from around the world gather in San Francisco from 15-17 May.
In a handy stroke of coincidence, Pocket Gamer will be in San Francisco too, and we're throwing a party on 16 May to celebrate our Best App Ever Awards for Android.
From 6pm, we'll be throwing open the doors to our industry friends, and thanks to generous sponsors iDreamSky, NativeX and Immersion, we'll be offering a steady stream of food, drink and frolics too.
Party-time
But most importantly, we'll be celebrating the wonderful world of Android development.
As such, 148Apps editor Jeff Scott will be on hand to award the Best App Ever silverware to the finest applications to grace Google's mobile OS in the past 12 months.
Once the awards have been handed out, the party will begin in earnest, with music, networking and best of all cocktails until the wee hours.
You can find full details of the event, and register your attendance, on the Pocket Gamer EventBrite page. You can also cast your Best App Ever vote on the award's website.
