WASD will be taking place this year on 30th March at The Truman Brewery on Brick Lane. Following on from the success last year we've moved to a bigger venue to present a larger collection of brilliant indie games with a few triple A's thrown in. There will be around 300 playable screens on the showfloor where consumers and trade partners can meet developers.

WASD started out at Tobacco Dock but the new venue gives us breathing space to grow over more floors and to other spaces on the Truman Brewery estate in years to come.

The event features the Industry Lounge where the UK development community will meet and do business. In addition, WASD will host The Games Finance Market and London Developer Conference so there is a massive gathering of the games trade from across Europe.

There are a number of social events popping up around the event;

• Wednesday pre-show pizza
• Thursday night exhibitor party at 93 Feet East
• The BAFTA Games Awards on Thursday night at Westminster Hall
• Scary Games Squad Live with Jesse Cox on Thursday and Friday night
