Supported by partners including Nordisk Games, Ghost Ship Games, Raw Power Games, Hazelight, Housemarque, and 1010, BGD emphasizes genuine dialogue and positive change within both organizations and the wider industry. The Nordic Executive Summit is organised by By Game Developers (BGD), a Nordic‑based initiative focused on strengthening leadership, wellbeing, and sustainable practices within the games industry. BGD runs the summit, curates the program, manages invitations, and coordinates with its supporting partners across the Nordic region.
The summit is supported—but not organised—by several well‑known Nordic studios and organisations, including Nordisk Games, Ghost Ship Games, Raw Power Games, Hazelight, Housemarque, and 1010. These partners contribute to the event’s mission and community impact, but the core organisation and curation remain fully under BGD.
