Ludicious is the annual game developer event in Zurich, Switzerland. It’s focussed on the craft of game development, and is a place where game design and business meet. The event includes the Ludicious 2019 Awards (you can see the 18 nominations on the official website). The conference itself runs for three days. The weekend part of the event is open to the public. Talks extend over a diverse range of topics, with an annual theme set in advance, and the festival encourages interplay between art, technology and business. There’s an exhibition zone with a carefully curated collection of over 60 international games, from mobile to PC, to mixed reality. Each year features the very best games from the region of Switzerland as well as international nominees.

The Ludicious festival site is a historic building just a few minutes’ walk from Zurich's main train station and shopping district, and a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Zurich.
