There are plenty of websites that enable suppliers and customers to hook up, and in a mobile game development environment that's exactly what 360|iDev's new venture is about.

The white board launched by those behind the 360|iDev conference acts as a tool to link up developers and designers.

Either party can use the board to either sell their services or scout for talent.

Dev hunt

"We get a lot of tweets and emails from people looking for iOS developers, designers, etc and decided that we should create a place to post those needs," 360|iDev explains in an email.

"It's pretty simple: the White Board is an open forum where anyone looking for a developer, designer can post the need, and any developer or designer looking for a project can post it.

"The goal is to further help the iOS community connect and grow."

The board, which appears to be free to join, is already enjoying some activity, with post split between requests for coders and designers.
