Netmarble's Marvel Future Fight hits 50 million downloads as it celebrates two-year anniversary

Netmarble's Marvel Future Fight has surpassed 50 million downloads two years after it first launched.

20 million of these downloads come from Asia, while North America and Europe accounted for 10 million downloads each. South America has seen six million downloads, while the Middle East generated 2.9 million.

The developer also revealed that over one billion Dimension Rifts (special event missions) have been cleared in the game. Players have also earned $166 trillion worth of in-game gold.

Put 'em up

Marvel Future Fight first launched on April 30th 2015 and achieved 20 million downloads in its first two months, which suggests downloads have slowed considerably since its initial boom.

Netmarble is currently planning an IPO in May 2017 and is set to raise $2.3 billion when it floats on the Korea Exchange. The money will be used to fuel an acquisition spree as it attempts to rapidly grow into a top five games company worldwide.
