Assyria prepares to launch Daily App Dream discovery site

Long time ago now, it's almost 12 months since the Appvent Calendar - the first of the free App Store game promotion sites - went live.

We've seen plenty of successful variations on the theme since, and the latest to attempt such status is Daily App Dream from UK outfit Assyria Game Studios.

Pricing power

Set to launch on December 3, it's already promising 21 free games in its first week of operation; its raison d'etre being to 'enhance the discoverability of game by running limited-time free promotions'.

Assyria says the initiative will work on an advertising revenue basis, and promotion will be supported by Facebook and an soon-to-be-launched iOS app.
