Barry O’Neill leaves Namco Europe today

With its Java business now being published by EA Mobile, and Japan and US handling the different elements of its burgeoning iPhone activity, Namco Europe’s president Barry O’Neill has today left the company.

He’s not going on holiday however as he’s already set up new company Other Ventures as what he calls “the vehicle for the ongoing development of several new ventures in the digital entertainment space”.

More details are expected to be made available concerning what he’s been up to during the summer.
