Free mobile games marketplace BuzzCity has launched a new tool designed to enable partners to quickly create their own games stores.

The Djuzz Catalogue allows firms to tap into Djuzz's existing library of more than free Java 5,000 games, with the resulting portal customised and branded to suit individual requirements.

Over 750,000 games were downloaded from Djuzz during April, with emerging economies such as India and Indonesia among the most active.

BuzzCity claims its content works on 95 percent of phones in the market, with partners interested in signing up for their own marketplace able to create their store within an hour.

Push on partners

"We’re committed to ensuring the widest possible distribution for the games produced by our Djuzz partners and by allowing publishers to syndicate them, we create a wider audience for the games and at the same time help publishers create a new revenue stream," says BuzzCity CEO KF Lai.

"Allowing catalogue partners to choose the games and categories that best match the interests of their audience ensures that we are able to deliver more relevant ads for consumers and also provides advertisers with the highest possible ROI."

The company has confirmed it will host all Djuzz content, backend management tools and content aggregation, meaning all partners have to do is decide on their particular set-up.

Real-time reports are also available, meaning firms can keep a track on the relative performance of their new marketplace.
