ChinaJoy and World Mobile Game kick off in Shanghai on 25 July

One of Asia's largest game shows - now into its eleventh year - ChinaJoy will be throwing open its doors on 25 July until 28 July.

Held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, the event revolves around a main Expo floor, which is backed by other supporting events.

There's the China Games Business conference, the China Game Developer conference, the China International Digital Entertainment forum, not to forget the China Game Developers Awards and the Golden Plume Awards.

Mobile take

Companies in the mobile gaming sector will be most interested in the World Mobile Game conference, however.

Certainly, that's where Pocket Gamer will be. 

This runs on the 25 and 26 July in the Shanghai Pudong Kerry hotel, which is adjacent to the SNIEC.

Previously known as China Mobile Entertainment Development Forum, this will the event's ninth year. Last year, the conference (and the co-located Expo) attracted 100 international speakers and over 3,000 attendees.
