UK publisher Curve Games' stylised platformer Human: Fall Flat has sold over 55 million units across all platforms.

Developed by No Brakes Games, the title initially launched with just eight levels but has provided free updates and platform expansions, taking the level count to 28. The cross-platform title will also expand to Amazon's Luna cloud service.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, Human: Fall Flat has added a gummy bear outfit and a seasonal Lunar Lobby quest on Steam.

Founded in 2005, Curve Games has built a diverse catalogue of games like Human Fall Flat, For the King, and The Ascent. Meanwhile, No Brakes Games, the Vilnius-based studio, is currently developing Human: Fall Flat 2 alongside other upcoming projects.

Playing without limits

“Human Fall Flat has been on an incredible journey, and we’re delighted to have hit this new milestone of 55 million, but also excited that the journey continues at pace,” said Human Fall Flat creator and No Brakes Games CEO Tomas Sakalauskas.

“Our huge global community deserves thanks and praise. I always wanted players to build and explore new levels without any limitation and the innovation continues to astound me, with plenty more to come.”

Earlier this year, Curve Games partnered with Crunchyroll to bring three mobile games - Space Crew, Patch Quest, and 10 Second Ninja - exclusively to its Game Vault subscription service.
